Can I exchange an item if the size doesn't fit?
Size exchanges are possible depending on stock availability. Please contact us via the contact form within 7 days of product arrival.
What is the lead time for custom orders?
It takes approximately 4-6 weeks after order confirmation. It may take longer during busy seasons.
How should I wash denim?
We recommend hand washing or using a laundry net for a delicate cycle. To enjoy the fading of indigo, please wash separately for the first few times.
Is gift wrapping available?
Please write "Gift request" in the remarks section when placing your order. Feel free to request noshi (ornamental wrapping paper) or message cards as well.
Can I get a receipt?
If you require a receipt, please enter the desired name in the remarks section when placing your order. We will issue it in PDF format.
